Design Program:
Create a landscape setting
for the 1,000,000 square foot Federal Judiciary office
Building on the grounds of the United States Capitol,
adjacent to historic Union Station.
The design includes a 14,000 square foot, five-story
atrium, enclosing groves of 40 foot high bamboo, walkways,
seating areas and extensive landscaping.
